VOLUNTEER ASSISTANCE NEEDED! IAG is in need of some volunteers to assist with the completion of the Quarterly Newsletter. Specifically we need
Interested persons can contact Mary Graber at IAG at mgraber@iagadoptions.org or 412-828-5800. IAG produces a newsletter which is distributed to all IAG parents. The newsletter highlights current events, resources, book reviews, humanitarian aid efforts and articles submitted by parents. The article highlighted below is from the July 2007 issue of the newsletter. The February 2008 Newsletter can be downloaded here. You can view previous issues in the Newsletter Archive. IAG invites its adoptive families to get involved in writing the newsletter! We are introducing two new features that we hope you will enjoy. The features are intended to get IAG families to submit news, photos and opinions to the newsletter as a way to keep everyone connected and to share useful information. The two new features are: Family NewsKeep fellow IAG families up to date on your family's news with this new section of the newsletter. Examples of news items include new additions to the family, moves, honors, graduations, sports accomplishments and other interesting milestones. Photos are always welcome to accompany the news items. Ask the ExpertsThis feature proposes a question every issue to which IAG families can respond.
